At Galactic Toys & Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cosmic fashion finds. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all galactic tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
